About Me

I believe every woman deserves to feel strong, confident, and comfortable in her own body. But my journey to wellness started from a place of struggle, not confidence. Growing up, I battled body image issues, low self-esteem, and hormone imbalances. My environment made it even harder — life was busy, my schedule was packed, and I was surrounded by unhealthy food choices. I had no idea how to work out, what to eat, or where to start. I thought strict diets and intense workout routines were the only way to see results, but I had no real guidance and constantly felt defeated.

Eventually, I decided to take control of my health and figure it out for myself. I learned that true wellness isn’t about restriction or perfection—it’s about balance, consistency, and self-compassion. I discovered how to nourish my body, move in ways that feel good, and build habits that actually last.

Now, I want to be the person I needed back then—the one who helps women cut through the confusion, find confidence in their own skin, and create a lifestyle that supports their physical and mental well-being. My mission is to help women feel strong, capable, and proud of the life they’re building.
